Do I need to download an app?

No. MyParkPay runs in any modern browser. Just scan the QR or type the URL. We do offer a Progressive Web App you can save to your home screen for one-tap access.

Which lots and meters work with MyParkPay?

More than 30 locations across downtown Twin Falls, the Blue Lakes corridor, the Magic Valley Mall district, and several event venues. The full live map is on our home page.

How do I get a receipt for my employer?

Receipts arrive by email within 30 seconds of payment. They include date, time, lot ID, duration, total, and our EIN — IRS-ready.

What if I need more time?

We text you ten minutes before your session expires. Tap the link to extend remotely — no walking back to the meter.

Are my card details safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card numbers never touch our servers; we only store an encrypted token.

Do you offer monthly passes?

Yes — the Monthly Local plan is $19/month with unlimited covered-lot parking. Great for downtown workers and frequent diners.

Can my business get a single invoice?

Absolutely. Our Business plan rolls every driver's parking into one Net-30 monthly invoice with department tagging and CSV exports.

What happens if my session expires before I get back?

Enforcement begins as soon as the meter reads expired, just like a coin meter. Our SMS alert is designed to give you a 10-minute head start.

Do you charge extra during events?

No. We never apply surge pricing. Our flat $0.35 fee is the same at noon on a Tuesday or during the Twin Falls County Fair.

How do refunds work?

Accidental purchases (wrong lot, wrong duration) are refundable within 24 hours through your receipt email. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Is there a way to pay without a smartphone?

Yes. Call (208) 329-4103 between 8 AM and 6 PM weekdays and a real person will start a session for you over the phone.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Read our Privacy Policy for the full list of who gets what.

Do you support Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes — both are first-class payment options. Tap the wallet button at checkout.

Can I park for someone else?

Yes. Just enter the license plate of the vehicle you want to cover when you start the session.

How do I cancel my Monthly Local plan?

Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@myparkpay.com. No fees, no fine print, prorated refunds available.
