Walkthrough

From the curb to paid in under a minute.

Here's exactly what happens when you park downtown and pull out your phone.

  1. 01

    Look at the sign

Every MyParkPay-enabled lot has a green placard with a 3-digit lot number and a QR code. Spot it on poles, pay stations, or curb-painted markers.

  2. 02

    Open MyParkPay

Scan the QR or type myparkpay.com/pay into any browser. No download, no account creation required for one-off visits.

  3. 03

    Pick your time

Choose anywhere from 30 minutes to 10 hours. The total — including a flat $0.35 convenience fee and Idaho sales tax — appears before you confirm.

  4. 04

    Pay how you like

Apple Pay and Google Pay tap straight through. Cards are saved (encrypted, never on our servers) so future sessions take three taps.

  5. 05

    Get the receipt

An email lands within 30 seconds with an IRS-ready receipt. We also text a confirmation number you can show enforcement if asked.

  6. 06

    Extend if needed

Ten minutes before time's up, we text you. Tap the link to add more time without walking back to the meter. Done from your dinner table.

Behind the scenes

What we don't do.

Just as important as what happens — what doesn't.

  • We don't track your location after payment. The session ends, the GPS conversation ends.
  • We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
  • We don't tack on surge pricing during events. Same flat fee, every hour of every day.
  • We don't require an account for one-off use.
