Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mistakes happen. Here's how we handle them.
Accidental sessions
If you paid for the wrong lot, the wrong duration, or twice by mistake, request a refund within 24 hours by replying to your receipt email. Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Service interruptions
If our system, our payment processor, or city signage causes you to be ticketed, contact us with the citation and we'll work with you on a credit or full refund.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time. We prorate the unused portion of the current month and refund it within 5 business days.
Business invoices
Disputes on monthly invoices must be raised within 30 days of issue. We respond within 5 business days.
