Terms of Service

By using MyParkPay you agree to these terms. They form a binding contract between you and MyParkPay (owned and operated by Sherry Likes, sole proprietor, in Twin Falls, Idaho).
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Idaho law.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately at info@myparkpay.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Parking sessions
Paying through MyParkPay covers the city or operator's parking fee plus our convenience fee for the duration you select. We are not the parking authority and cannot guarantee availability of any specific space.
4. Payments
All amounts are charged in U.S. dollars. Failed payments may end your session. Disputes about charges should be raised with us first; chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraud, no scraping, no attempts to circumvent security. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is." Network issues, vendor outages, or city signage errors may interrupt sessions; in those cases we'll work with you on a refund or credit.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyParkPay's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for tickets, towing, or damage caused by parking authorities.
8. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts for non-payment or repeated violations after notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
